In The Lead Seat™ is a division of Strategic Sense Inc.™ and is the answer to many requests to provide additional resources for Entrepreneurs and Small Business based on our varied training programs for leaders. The requests were specific to small businesses, many of whom may have few or no employees, but recognize that running a business or any other organization is indeed leadership.
So what is leadership at In The Lead Seat™?
Leadership is action taken by an individual that enables another person or number of persons to follow and learn via inspiration, motivation or compelling action. The actions taken leave the follower transformed, inspired, motivated, developed or their lives improved in some way.
Leadership exists in real life in many forms, many places and does not necessarily require a title or education. Leadership is taking the lead, guiding one’s self toward solutions, results and a better world for those around us! They might be our employees, the world in general or our customers. Leaders take on missions and find creative ways to make a difference, for their companies, their communities, their employees, their families and/or their customers.
Strategic Sense Inc.™ delivers in-person training, coaching, consulting and group sessions for Executives, organizations, managers and anyone aspiring to become or are already acting in a leadership role. We are continually asked for additional resources for smaller organizations and Entrepreneurs and wanted to make certain we answered the call.
